Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a Finish Grade Equipment Operator to run and maintain equipment like bulldozers and excavators, achieving finish grades within tight tolerances. The role requires strong knowledge of GPS/3D guidance, adherence to safety, and teamwork to support diverse civil projects across the country.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of heavy equipment operation, familiarity with Topcon/Trimble systems, and the ability to follow plans precisely while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating bulldozers and excavators.
• Experience with GPS-capable equipment using 3D satellite technology (Topcon/Trimble).
• Ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Use GPS and 3D satellite technology to safely operate bulldozers and equipment for precise earthmoving.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability.
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate operations and meet deadlines.
