Job summary

ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Finish Grade Equipment Operator to support heavy civil and site development projects across Alabama. You will operate bulldozers and excavators, using GPS/3D tech to achieve finish grade within +/- 0.10' tolerances and help ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Responsibilities include following plans and blueprints, performing routine inspections and minor repairs, coordinating with field teams, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (bulldozers, excavators).
• Experience with GPS-capable equipment using 3D satellite technology (Topcon/Trimble).
• Ability to achieve finish grade within +/- 0.10' and maintain safety standards.
• Able to obtain/maintain security clearance for access to secure facilities including military bases.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to achieve precise finish grades.
• Follow project plans, blueprints and instructions for task execution.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials as required.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate operations and meet deadlines.
