Qualifications

• Three or more years of carpentry or remodeling experience; stronger finish experience preferred.
• Able to read plans, measurements, and written scopes.
• Reliable transportation and a core set of professional hand tools.
• Able to lift, carry, climb, and work safely in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete framing, blocking, doors, trim, cabinetry, and finish installations.
• Read plans, check dimensions, establish layout, verify fit before cutting or fastening.
• Protect occupied spaces and maintain dust control and tool organization.
• Coordinate with site leads and adjacent trades to keep work ready and sequenced.
• Document concealed conditions, progress, and questions with photos and notes.
