• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork; data entry basics.

Responsibilities

• Final Assembly Operations: Perform assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Production Efficiency: Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Documentation: Complete production records and checklists accurately and on time.
• Material Handling: Move materials within the work area using proper techniques.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives for efficiency and safety.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety guidelines and keep work area 5S compliant.
