The role supports production handoffs and package handling to meet delivery schedules and production goals.

You will inspect for defects, operate hand and power tools, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with production teams to achieve daily targets while documenting processes and reports.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints and technical documents.
• Show basic mechanical aptitude to handle tools and parts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts per detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment per OSHA and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
