You will work in a shop environment, maintain safety and quality, and collaborate with peers to meet customer timelines. Ideal candidates are physically capable, team players, and able to adapt to long hours when needed while maintaining strong work ethics and excellent housekeeping

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and understand detail design prints.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to work from blueprints.
• Good physical condition to work in a steel fabrication shop daily.
• Team player with solid work ethic and safety-conscious mindset.
• Willingness to work at remote job sites and longer hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce finished products with plant manager and peers.
• Proficient in modern welding techniques and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of welding materials for various alloys.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Finish grinding with manual and power tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
• Work independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks.
