Job summary

QuestSpecialty Corporation in Brenham, TX is hiring a Fill Operator for 1st shift (6am–2pm). You will operate and monitor filling machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a non-climate-controlled facility.

This role supports production targets and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure accurate product filling according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on filled products to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with filling equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Document production data, including quantities filled, machine performance, and any deviations or incidents.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
