The role involves coordinating surveyors, organizing project survey work, performing layout control, and verifying alignment with plans. Strong math, problem-solving, and safety awareness are essential traits for success on our projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Ability to make accurate measurements and calculations on-site.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and compute information for progress with the work.
• Measure quantities and record in daily logs using engineering notation.
• Schedule and manage surveyors (including subcontractors) on the project.
• Organize and supervise project survey work and layout control.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, and perform minor staking as needed.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
