With a focus on civil projects, the candidate will assist in scheduling, topographic work, and production monitoring while traveling to project sites as needed for extended periods. Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction with 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance to access secured facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs and contracts.
• Proficient in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at project sites.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Manager, Engineers, QC Managers to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Perform topographic data collection and line/grade work for layout and control.
• Coordinate field documentation, submittals, and project controls.
• Monitor production, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Maintain contract documents and daily construction reports.
