The ideal candidate has experience with fiberglass, can read blueprints, and works well in a collaborative environment to meet production deadlines. Strength and stamina are important, as is a commitment to quality and waste reduction in a busy manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass materials preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Cut and chop fiberglass materials according to job specifications and blueprints.
• Operate cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect fiberglass materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
