Job summary

United Land Services is seeking a meticulous Fertilizer and Pesticide Applicator to join our team in the Georgia region. You will tailor and apply fertilizers and pesticides to customer properties, operate applicator equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure top-tier service.

Responsibilities include keeping detailed logs, calibrating equipment, and ensuring safety standards on all jobs. Experience and licensure are preferred, with guaranteed hours and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fertilizer and pesticide application.
• Current pesticide license/certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ag pesticides, weed identification, and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail in workmanship and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and apply pesticides and fertilizers using specialized equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate log books detailing applicated acres and activities.
• Perform maintenance and calibration on application equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow up on weed control in sprayed areas.
• Wear proper protective equipment and promote safety.
• Participate in continuing education for pesticide licenses and attend equipment workshops.
• Conduct soil sampling, fertilizer mixing, equipment maintenance, and transport of chemicals.
