Job summary

Pinnacle Landscaping is seeking a Fertilization Technician to join our field team. You will apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs, and perform weed control and aeration in a safety‑minded environment.

A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug test, and the stamina to lift up to 60 pounds are required. Prior fertilization experience and an applicator license are preferred. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fertilizer and pesticide application to lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Weed control, shrub care, and aeration.
• Use proper application techniques per standards and regulations.
• Perform service calls and lawn inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle issues professionally.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Perform snow removal in winter months.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
