Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams for USPIS in Des Moines, IA. You will set up test stations and administer push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run to strict form and timing standards.

Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks, with the FTA typically working three hours per event. You will capture results in a secure field app and participate in two-person validation with the Site Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or coaching background.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification and verify distances.
• Administer events in sequence and record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform calibration checks for distance and timing.
• Apply no-rep protocols with clear verbal cues.
• Document rest intervals for auditability.
• Complete quarterly timing accuracy checks.
