Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to oversee USPIS Physical Fitness Exams. Set up stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run to standard form, capture results in a secure field app, and validate with the Site Lead.

Sessions run in three-hour blocks; the FTA typically works three hours per event. The role requires fitness testing experience and a recognized credential. Pay is $36.51 per hour, with a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent communication under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify distances and markers.
• Administer push-ups, sit-ups, and 1.5-mile run to form and timing standards.
• Record official times in the secure field app; perform two-person validation.
• Enter data and reconcile discrepancies with Site Lead.
