Job summary

MPE is seeking an Precision Fastener Installation Operator to assemble medical device enclosures. You will install hardware using Haeger insert equipment, read specifications and handwritten instructions, and verify dimensions against blueprints.

The role emphasizes accuracy, calibration, and teamwork on first and second shifts at Racine or Milwaukee locations. Prior experience with mechanical drawings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, work orders, and instructions.
• Competence in calculating measurements and interpreting written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based directions.
• Read blueprints and follow written procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install varied hardware into steel fabricated parts using Haeger inserting equipment.
• Interpret work orders, prints, and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.
• Measure, confirm, and document critical dimensions; verify against print requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain flow and uphold safety and quality.
