Job summary

MPE Inc in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Inserting Team Member for the 2nd shift. You will perform set-up and operation of inserting equipment to place hardware into fabricated metal components in accordance with quality and production standards.

The role requires reading drawings, measuring dimensions, and verifying parts. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Training includes using basic hand and power tools and interpreting work orders.

Qualifications

Inserting Team Member - 2nd Shift

Full Time Direct Labor – Milwaukee, WI, US

Salary Range: $18.00 to $21.50 per hour

Shift Available: Second Shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 am, Monday‑Friday.

In this vital role, you will perform set‑up and operation of inserting equipment, inserting hardware into fabricated metal components in accordance with quality and production standards.

Education:

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly operate PEM inserting machinery and measure dimensions.
• Read and follow written instructions and blueprints.
• Require close vision and math skills.
