Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with facility equipment and building systems using blueprints and schematics.
• Carry out maintenance repairs on production machinery and support equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Support assembly, service, and repair activities with appropriate tools and procedures.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet ISO/AS9100 requirements.
• Assist with facility supervision tasks and status updates.
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies to restore operations.
