Job summary

SHJ Construction Group supports Tidal Wave Auto Spa by building and installing precision fabrication systems. The Fabricator role focuses on cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components to exact specs, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Based in the United States, you will operate MIG/TIG/STICK welders, read blueprints, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to complete projects on time. Strong craftsmanship and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification in welding or fabrication preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or metalworking.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal per specs and drawings.
• Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) and cutting tools.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with accuracy.
• Inspect work for quality and safety.
• Perform repairs and modifications to equipment and structures.
• Maintain tools and workspace in a clean, safe condition.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
