Job summary

Pilgrim's in Texas is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate metal components, operate welding equipment, and help maintain shop safety and quality standards.

You will read fabrication drawings, measure precisely with a tape, and work both independently and with a crew to complete projects on time. A minimum of 3 years in related fabrication is required, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Safety is emphasized, and PPE is required on site.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Read and understand steel and metal fabrication drawings.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal components per specs using welding, cutters and measuring tools.
• Produce metal products according to specifications.
• Perform finishing tasks such as grinding, painting, cutting.
• Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
