Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of monitoring gauges, dials or indicators to ensure machines run properly.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts using precise measuring tools.
• Operate fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or assemble components.
• Weld components as needed following blueprints and layouts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Study engineering drawings to determine materials and task sequences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
