Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Basic mathematics for tolerance checks and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, align, and secure parts using measuring tools.
• Inspect pieces and verify conformance with specs.
• Operate fabricating machines to form and assemble components.
• Weld parts as needed and follow blueprints and layout specs.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Study drawings to determine materials required and task sequences.
