Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, ensuring measurements are correct, and supporting continuous improvement through collaboration with engineering and quality

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 26 lbs repeatedly.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent vision, either natural or corrected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality through proper measuring techniques and correct use of tools and equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate issues to supervision or engineering as needed.
• Read and interpret moderately complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and schematics.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback to engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production efficiency.
