Job summary

Avalign is seeking a Precision Fabrication Team Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role starts with a quick morning huddle, assigning operators, and aligning priorities with the schedule. You will spot-check parts, coach on blueprint interpretation, and ensure gauges are used correctly.

Mid-shift you’ll coordinate maintenance on a press brake, escalate issues, and maintain a safe, clean cell. You’ll document variances and plan cross-training for tomorrow’s shift.”

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of fabrication experience.
  • Preferred: college degree and prior leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, and part numbers to determine operations and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate production to meet schedule commitments and uphold safety and quality policies.
  • Supervise and coach operators; assign tasks, review performance, and ensure tooling and equipment are maintained.

Our fast‑growing team takes pride in building custom solutions that meet exacting quality specifications and make a real difference for caregivers and their patients.A day in this role (2nd shift)As the Precision Fabrication Team Supervisor, you open second shift with a quick huddle: review prints and work orders, assign operators, and align priorities to the schedule. You spot‑check parts for visual and dimensional accuracy, coach an operator on blueprint interpretation, and verify gauges are used correctly. Mid‑shift, you coordinate maintenance on a press brake, escalate an equipment issue, and ensure the cell stays clean and safe.
