You will work in the Warehouse department, applying precision, safety practices, and the ability to operate various fabrication tools to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy components, and the discipline to follow procedures,

Qualifications

• Ability to measure, cut, and assemble wire rope per specifications.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering large assemblies and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wire rope slings and assemblies with precision.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wire rope per job specs.
• Operate hydraulic presses, cut-off saws and other fabrication equipment safely.
• Use hand tools during fabrication process.
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and construction.
• Follow safety procedures and operate machinery correctly.
• Input fabrication data and process job orders in computer systems.
• Move materials using forklifts as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Communicate status and needs to supervisors.
• Prioritize tasks and meet production schedules.
• Assist fellow team members to support workflow.
