Job summary

Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. in Sulphur, LA is seeking a full-time team member to fabricate and refurbish wire rope slings and lifting assemblies.

Responsibilities include fabrication/repair, apprenticeship or journeyman splicer qualification, and assisting with pickups/deliveries while complying with safety standards. Must have manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for long periods, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Fabricate and repair wire rope slings and assemblies; and
• Achieve qualification as an apprentice (minimum) or journeyman splicer.
• Driving company vehicles to complete pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
• Perform other functions as required.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
