Qualifications

• Cycle counting required to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Picking, packing and shipping orders as part of daily duties.
• Basic math skills for counts, weights and measurements.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Reliable, responsible and self-motivated with good attendance.
• Must be flexible to rotate job assignments within various work cells.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly/production line to assemble components for heaters or related sub-assemblies.
• Follow standard work visuals and procedures to ensure correct assembly.
• Meet efficiency targets and perform quality checks to ensure specs are met.
• Assemble and test finished products as required.
• Make up cartons, print labels, and pack finished products with protective material.
• Report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
