Job summary

TSMC Washington in Camas, WA is seeking a Process Technician to monitor and maintain UPW and wastewater treatment systems within the Facilities team. You’ll coordinate with engineers and contractors to keep the plant running smoothly and safely on a 12-hour shift schedule.

As a member of the facilities group, you’ll train under senior technicians, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read diagrams, and apply your mechanical/electrical aptitude to a fast-paced environment in

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to read plant drawings/controls diagrams.
• Experience with piping, electrical, HVAC or similar equipment.
• Hands-on experience with tools and preventive maintenance.
• Comfort with 12-hour shifts and OT when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain UPW and Waste Water systems and related facilities.
• Perform daily rounds, respond to alarms, and manage maintenance tasks.
• Train under senior staff and perform on-the-job panels as learned.
• Troubleshoot equipment, follow procedures, and assist commissioning.
• Work with engineers/contractors to maintain continuous plant operations.
