Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment in Chandler, AZ. The role requires hands-on maintenance, PM program ownership, and strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities include updating the maintenance database, supporting design/installation of new equipment, and performing periodic hazard assessments. A high school diploma and 3+ years of experience are required; soldering is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
3+ years of relevant maintenance experience (5 preferred).
Basic computer/database proficiency.
Strong customer service and communication.
Soldering is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS.
Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment per PM schedules.
Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends/holidays).
Identify parts, obtain quotes, and order supplies for repairs and upgrades.
Assist engineers and managers with installation/relocation of process equipment and safety reviews.
Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and upgrades of process equipment.
Follow safety and change management processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
