Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent military training in electronics.
• Hands-on experience with electronics, testing and troubleshooting of assemblies or systems.
• Soldering proficiency for electronic components and assemblies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electronics and hardware issues.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes for measurements and diagnostics.
• Ability to follow quality procedures, test procedures, change orders and instructions.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on failures and process issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct acceptance-level testing of electronics as per procedures.
• Follow detailed test procedures and quality procedures consistently.
• Document results and complete paperwork to standards.
• Record failures for root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics for testing and troubleshooting.
• Use oscilloscopes and test equipment to diagnose and verify performance.
• Communicate test failures and requirements with engineering and test teams.
• Contribute to process improvements in testing and documentation.
