Job summary

Flex is seeking a Test Operator to join our Austin, TX manufacturing team. You will test electronic products and components across multiple platforms, verify electrical continuity, function, and seal integrity through leak testing, and use destructive tests when required to confirm process quality.

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and typically 2 years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typically requires 2 years of test operator or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic products, components and systems for electrical continuity and function.
• Perform leak tests to ensure seal integrity.
• Conduct destructive tests to verify bonding and process quality.
• Record test yields and enter data into SPC systems.
• Inspect components for correct placement, damage or contamination.
• Ensure proper test marks and run periodic tester diagnostics.
