Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for our Pottstown, PA site. This contract-to-hire role supports production through assembling, testing, and improving processes on a 2nd shift.

You will operate precision equipment, read blueprints, troubleshoot, document results, and work with Lean/Six Sigma principles. Initial training on first shift may last 1–3 months. The position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Lean and Six Sigma tools experience preferred.
• Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities including producing and testing products.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Operate complex and precision processes using specialized test equipment.
• Provide technical support to ensure high-quality output, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
