Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a detail‑oriented soldering technician to assemble electronic components under a magnified view. You will use hand tools and a soldering iron to create reliable PCB joints, following process instructions and diagrams.

The role emphasizes precision, adherence to ESD/MSL handling, and compliance with IPC and ISO quality guidelines on a production line. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of soldering experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience soldering on electronic assemblies and following precise work instructions.
  • Familiarity with ESD handling and board integrity requirements.
  • Knowledge of IPC-DVD-64C, IPC-A-610 modules, and IPC-J-STD-001 guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform soldering of electronic components and subassemblies on PCBs.
  • Adhere to all ESD and MSD handling requirements per component specs.
  • Inspect work for conformance to workmanship standards and ISO quality systems.
  • Follow 6S practices and safety guidelines on the production floor.
