Job summary

Axiom Staffing Group is hiring for an experienced Soldering Technician to join our client’s team in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with soldering in a production or manufacturing environment and be able to work with precision and attention to detail.

Location: Roswell, GA. Shifts: 2nd: 3 PM to 11 PM; 3rd: 11 PM to 7 AM. Pay Rate: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience is required (IPC certification is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering on electronic components, assemblies, and wiring according to specifications.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
