Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented electronics assembler in a high-reliability environment. The role involves staking PCB components, masking, and applying conformal coatings, potting compounds, and adhesives to electronic assemblies following strict processes.

You will perform changes and repairs, use precision hand tools, and generate accurate assembly records while maintaining EH&S compliance and teamwork with quality and engineering contacts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years electronics manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year staking PCB components per drawing.
• Able to read BOMs, work instructions, travelers, blueprints, routers, and engineering change notices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply conformal coatings, potting compounds, and adhesives to electronic units per documented processes.
• Perform engineering changes, modifications, and repairs as directed.
• Use hand tools and dispensing equipment to assemble units.
• Accurately generate detailed assembly records and document labor hours.
• Follow EH&S procedures and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and customer reps to meet timelines.
