• Ability to identify and report defects or quality concerns promptly.

• Ability to stay focused during repetitive work and learn multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate toggle presses, table presses, ARBURG molding machines and cutting equipment per training.
• Prepare jobs by gathering materials, tools, and fixtures and following work instructions.
• Load/unload materials, monitor machine operation, and perform routine adjustments.
• Use cutting tools and fixtures as trained and read production documentation.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects; record test results as required.
• Maintain quality and productivity; report issues promptly and separate nonconforming parts.
• Assemble electronic connectors and cable assemblies when required.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; attend trainings and meetings.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
