Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in basic electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years of advanced electronics inspection experience, including AOI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and work from detailed Process Sheets, Visual Aid Packages, and other relevant documentation.
• Inspect for proper positioning of components, soldering, and other quality requirements.
• Verify placement, polarity, and labels on circuit boards.
• Utilize inspection tools and equipment, including optical equipment and X-ray machines, to assess component acceptability.
• Participate in providing feedback to operations and management regarding quality and process improvements.
