Job summary

The role includes operating optical and X-ray inspection equipment, recording data in ERP systems, and mentoring peers. Requires 1+ year in electronics manufacturing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of basic electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of advanced electronics inspection (AOI).
• Ability to work with and train diverse groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Understanding of continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs and assemblies for proper component placement and soldering.
• Use process sheets and drawings to verify quality at multiple steps.
• Record quantities in ERP and data systems accurately.
• Identify defects and route boards to rework/repair facilities.
• Operate inspection equipment and interpret results (AOI, X-ray).
• Provide feedback to operations and support engineering as needed.
• Mentor coworkers in inspection area and equipment use.
• Follow all safety and company policies during duties.
