Job summary

RAM Technologies is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician to support production of wire-to-board assemblies. This role focuses on precision hand soldering, assembly, and quality workmanship in a low-volume, high-quality environment.

Located in Guilford, CT, the position is Full-Time with a Monday through Thursday schedule. Compensation is $22/hour with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics assembly or soldering experience.
• Strong hand soldering skills (wire-to-board).
• Ability to read basic drawings and instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic.
• Experience with IPC standards preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of wire-to-board connections.
• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and BOMs.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Support general production and assembly tasks as needed.
