Job summary

You will read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, work with teammates to meet production schedules, and report defects or improvement ideas to supervision.

The base pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on market and experience, with equal opportunity employment and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects.
• Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisor and colleagues.
• Work with manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime if needed.
• Provide feedback to management regarding product and process improvements.
• Comply with all company policies and safety programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
