Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting DOM and technical documents.
• Experience with hand soldering and wiring of components.
• Familiarity with defense industry standards and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute assembly instructions per DOM and technical docs.
• Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing to established methods.
• Inspect components and assemblies for defects and ensure conformance to blueprints.
• Complete assembly and quality records accurately and participate in GEMBA meetings.
