Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute assembly instructions per DOM and technical documents.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects; verify conformance with standards.
• Complete assembly and quality records accurately.
• Participate in GEMBA meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Follow ITAR/EAR and export control regulations.
• Read blueprints and technical documents; handle small parts with precision.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 32 pounds.
