Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work with small parts.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble electronic components and products to specification.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and reports.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
