Job summary

Red Oak Technologies is seeking an Electronics Assembler for a 6-month contract in the Bay Area. You will support assembly, testing, and production of precision electronic and microelectronic products in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include wire bonding, die placement, encapsulation, using microscopes and inspection tools, and ensuring quality through established procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is emphasized, with potential extension or conversion

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in Electronics or Manufacturing.
• 2+ years of electronics, semiconductor, microelectronics, or precision assembly experience.
• Hands-on experience with wire bonding, die placement, adhesive dispensing, encapsulation, SMT, or similar precision assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision electronic and microelectronic components using detailed work instructions and drawings.
• Perform wire bonding, die placement, adhesive dispensing, encapsulation, and other microelectronics tasks.
• Operate high-precision assembly equipment and maintain quality and efficiency standards.
