Qualifications

• Experience building precision optical/electrical/mechanical assemblies to high quality standards.
• Experience soldering electrical/electronic components and assemblies; IPC J-STD-001 certification a plus.
• Lab/clean room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical/optical/electrical components under a microscope using drawings and procedures.
• Take precise measurements with calipers, indicators, or optical scope and record results.
• Solder components per IPC J-STD-001; apply polymers per procedures.
• Maintain build records and signoffs.
• Ensure workmanship meets required specifications.
