Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly.
• Hands-on Class 3 assembly experience.
• Experience with tight tolerances and strict quality systems.
• Able to work under a microscope and maintain precision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using manual processes, including stuffing, mechanical assembly, hand assembly, and soldering (lead and lead-free) to IPC Class 3 standards.
• Ensure solder joints are properly wetted, uniform, and free of pits, cracks, voids, or contamination.
• Maintain very strict component alignment, lead trim, solder amount, and cleanliness.
• Work in aerospace, defense, medical devices, avionics, life-support or safety-critical systems.
• Produce consistent, repeatable workmanship and understand Class 2 vs. Class 3 differences.
