Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to build, fit, and test mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid power subassemblies and complete industrial units. The role follows engineering blueprints and schematics, ensuring high quality and safety standards. First shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), pay $20–$21 per hour.

No degree required; 1–3+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read drawings, use calipers/micrometers, and work collaboratively in a manufacturing setting is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year minimum experience; 1–3+ years preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Build, fit, and test mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid power subassemblies and complete units.
• Read engineering blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Inspect parts for quality, safety, and performance; troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
