The role requires reading schematics, using hand tools, wiring, mounting components, and complying with government and quality standards. Candidates should have a HS diploma and IPC solder training within first weeks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• IPC Solder Training and Certification within initial 2–6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Position and align parts per blueprints; secure with hand or power tools.
• Mount assembled components on panels or circuit boards.
• Route wiring and cabling according to color codes; solder or wrap wire to terminals.
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks (encapsulating, cleaning, coating, epoxy bonding).
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work orders to determine materials and instructions.
