Job summary

Standex International seeks a Production Associate to support manufacturing of components and assembly of finished products under supervision. You will follow process specs, perform soldering tasks as required, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include moving materials through stations, labeling bins, documenting time, and contributing to continuous improvements while maintaining regular attendance and adherence to production controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work 10-hour day shift.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Move materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays.
• Ensure product meets the current quality requirements.
• Raise issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed.
• Operate equipment and processes per process specifications.
• Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders.
• Follow process specifications and production rules.
• Assist in improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence.
• Maintain regular and predictable work-site attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
