Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Adhere to safety and EsD protocols.
• Experience in electronics/electro‑mechanical assembly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics training a plus.
• Able to stand, sit, perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subsystems per drawings.
• Perform soldering operations and inspect workmanship.
• Route and terminate electrical wiring; install cables.
• Use hand tools and fixtures to build assemblies.
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specs.
• Follow safety and ESD procedures.
• Document completed work and support process improvements.
