Job summary

This role requires at least 3 years in quality assurance and 2 years soldering, plus experience with measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience.
• Experience using quality measurement equipment such as mass spectrometers and ESS devices.
• Ability to read blueprints; blueprint reading will be tested prior to hire.
• Detail-oriented with steady hand and ability to sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform solder assembly operations according to established procedures.
• Test and adjust units to meet in-shop, final test, and FTP specifications.
• Read and understand drawings, test specifications, and ATP reports.
• Use measurement instruments to check parts for quality specifications.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex units.
• Operate mass spectrometers and ESS equipment when required.
• Work closely with team members to share workload and support problem solving.
• Document quality assurance findings and reports clearly and accurately.
• Provide training support to other employees as needed.
